Great to meet new mums in the area.

“This has been an amazing experience to get out of the house with babes, great exercise for postpartum and great to meet new mums in the area and share the experience of being a mum! It’s been good for a weekly Routine.
Thank you Kanga”

I felt comfortable from day one.

“This was my first exercise postpartum and I felt comfortable from day one. Love the variety of exercise and being outdoors with KangaMix. Highly recommend for mums with young bubs as a way to get out of the house and do something for yourself while having bub snuggles!”

Kanga has helped immensely.

“Kanga has become such a highlight of my week since I started with my second baby. I’ve found the transition from one to two children quite challenging, and developed postpartum anxiety.
Over the last couple of months I’ve started feeling much better thanks to working with a psychologist and I also truly believe that attending Kanga has helped immensely.”

I struggled with postnatal depression after having my little one and was desperately looking to find a community around me. Unfortunately it was right at the start of COVID, so what I needed was really hard to find.

Something like Kanga would have really helped me through that beautiful, yet challenging time. Meeting others, moving together, chatting, connecting - that’s what Kanga means to me.

As a trainer I’d like to create a space and community like that, help mums through a tough time and motivate to carry their babies at the same time, as I’m very passionate about Babywearing. Kanga is all this and more. It’s fun!

After having my second baby, I really wanted to stay connected to my community and help my community while staying with my children too. So finding a path that let me do that was vital. In popped Kangatraining! I could tick off all my ideals with one class. It was such a no-brainer. I've loved every day of my Kanga trainer career so far. Thank you, Kanga, for allowing me to stay connected with my baby and community while filling my own cup too.

I wanted to provide a safe and fun environment for mums to exercise and bond with their little ones. I also wanted to create a community of mums supporting one another, and Kangatraining is the perfect environment to bring mums together. The bonus is bringing my babies to work with me!

Kangatraining wasn't available in my area, and as a single mum with two under 4, I really needed somewhere to exercise with my kids in tow! I found the trainer's course when my second was 14 months old and discovered it could fit into our world! I could pick my own hours, gain strength postpartum, socialise with local mums (and amazing trainers across Australia and New Zealand!), but most importantly, it helped my mental health. I truly needed Kangatraining in my life and wish I had found it earlier!!
