Empowering Mums Through Movement

Bonding Through Movement and Revolutionising Postnatal Fitness
Great to meet new mums in the area.
“This has been an amazing experience to get out of the house with babes, great exercise for postpartum and great to meet new mums in the area and share the experience of being a mum! It’s been good for a weekly Routine.
Thank you Kanga”
I felt comfortable from day one.
“This was my first exercise postpartum and I felt comfortable from day one. Love the variety of exercise and being outdoors with KangaMix. Highly recommend for mums with young bubs as a way to get out of the house and do something for yourself while having bub snuggles!”
Kanga has helped immensely.
“Kanga has become such a highlight of my week since I started with my second baby. I’ve found the transition from one to two children quite challenging, and developed postpartum anxiety.
Over the last couple of months I’ve started feeling much better thanks to working with a psychologist and I also truly believe that attending Kanga has helped immensely.”

Mel Jessup: Championing Kangatraining in Australia
Mel Jessup became a Kangatraining Instructor in January 2017 after struggling to find a class that truly suited both her and her baby.
Driven by a passion to bring the full range of Kangatraining programs to her local community, she went on to complete her Certificate III in Fitness.
To further support parents through all stages of early parenthood, Mel continued building on her knowledge — becoming a Doula, an Infant First Aid Educator, and a certified Babywearing Consultant through the Australian Babywearing Association in 2020. In 2021, she also completed Tupler Technique training with Master Trainer Nicole Pascher.
In June 2025, Mel stepped into the role of Kangatraining Country Leader for Australia. With deep experience and a heart for empowering families, she’s excited to support instructors and grow this incredible program nationwide.

Nicole Pascher: Global Leader and Founder of Kangatraining
Nicole Pascher, the founder of Kangatraining, is from Vienna, Austria. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, she is also a former dancer and a mother of three.
While pregnant with her youngest child, she specialized in pre- and postnatal fitness and created Kangatraining after her daughter didn’t want to be a passive participant on the mat next to her while Nicole worked out. Her daughter wanted to be held and so Kangatraining was created in 2008! Kangatraining began in Australia in 2013 in Melbourne and has been growing and expanding ever since.
Nicole continues to teach PreKanga, Kangatraining, KangaBurn, and KangaPowerhouse in Vienna.
