How It Works
In a KangaMix class, you’ll experience a blend of different Kanga workout styles. One session might incorporate babywearing exercises from Kangatraining, followed by stroller-based moves inspired by KangaOnWheel. Our instructors carefully curate each session to provide a well-rounded workout that keeps you engaged and challenged. Classes typically run for 60 minutes and can be adapted to suit various fitness levels.
