How It Works
In a KangaTrail class, you’ll embark on a guided hike along scenic trails, with your baby in a baby carrier so you can share the experience together. Throughout the hike, your instructor will lead you through short exercise intervals that focus on your thighs, glutes, arms, and pelvic floor. These exercises are seamlessly integrated into the hike, utilizing natural features of the trail or portable equipment. The duration of each session may vary depending on the trail, but typically lasts 60 minutes.
