KangatrainingKids is our creative movement program designed to introduce children to the joy of movement and exercise. This unique class combines fun, play, and age-appropriate fitness activities to help kids develop strength, coordination, and a positive attitude towards physical activity. KangatrainingKids is more than a fitness class – it’s an opportunity for children to explore their physical capabilities, boost their confidence, socialise, work on their motor skills and lay the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness.

There are three classes to choose from based upon the age of your child:

  • TINY (toddlers) – A creative movement class where you both move your bodies and have fun
  • MIDI (preschoolers) – Child-lead fun discovering movement and creativity
  • JUNIOR (early school age) – Kids learn how fun it can be to move their body and use their imagination to express themselves

How It Works

KangatrainingKids classes are made to engage children through playful exercises and movement games while also developing their own interests. Each 45-minute session is led by instructors trained in child development and physical education. The classes incorporate a mix of activities that focus on fundamental movement skills, such as running, jumping, crawling, and balancing. We use colorful equipment, music, and imaginative scenarios to keep children motivated and excited about exercising. Classes are tailored to different age groups, ensuring that activities are always age-appropriate and challenging in the right ways.
