This virtual fitness program allows you to experience the benefits of Kangatraining at your convenience, whether you’re unable to attend in-person classes or simply prefer the flexibility of working out at home. OnlineKanga maintains the community aspect of our classes, connecting you with other mums and our expert instructors through the power of technology.
How It Works
In OnlineKanga you’ll join a virtual room at a scheduled time, where an instructor will lead you through a real-time Kangatraining workout. You can interact with the instructor and other participants, asking questions and receiving feedback. The session includes a warm-up, cardio, strength training, and cool-down, all adapted for home workouts with or without your baby.

OnlineKanga offers the same physical benefits as our in-person classes, including improved cardiovascular fitness, enhanced strength, and better postnatal recovery. For your baby, the closeness during babywearing exercises continues to provide bonding opportunities and vestibular stimulation. If you’re unable to attend class due to illness, this online format can still ensure you get your kanga fix at a level that’s suitable for you.
