How It Works
Powerhouse classes are led by instructors with specific training in pelvic floor health and rehabilitation. Each 60-minute session combines education with practical exercises. You’ll learn about the anatomy and function of your pelvic floor, then practice a variety of exercises designed to activate, strengthen, and relax these crucial muscles. The class incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, and targeted pelvic floor exercises, all performed in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Our instructors provide hands-on guidance to ensure you’re performing the exercises correctly and effectively.
