How It Works
PreKanga classes are led by instructors specially trained in prenatal exercise. Each 60-minute session includes a carefully curated mix of light cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and pelvic floor preparation. We also include myofascial release techniques to ease tight muscle groups. Classes also incorporate relaxation and breathing techniques to prepare you for labour. Our instructors have exercise modifications based on each participant’s stage of pregnancy and fitness level.
