About Me

Hi, I'm Ally!

Hello KangaMamas!

My name is Alejandra (Ally) and Im overly excited you have found Kangatraining and looking to join us a for a fun and safe workout for you and Bubs

I was born in Chile, were dance has been a huge part of my life and being an Instructor thrills me that I can dance and workout with my baby while listening Spanish music (reggaeton)

Kangatraining is designed specifically for the postnatal period. Our classes blend cardio, strength and pelvic floor exercises in a fun, nurturing environment. You can begin to kanga early as 6 weeks postpartum if you’ve a vaginal delivery, but need to be at least 12 weeks postpartum if you had a C-section.There’s no age limit for babies, as long as the kanga mum can wear their baby safely and comfortably in a suitable carrier. older siblings more than welcome.
