Our outdoor classes are fantastic if you like to snuggle your little one and also watch the Brisbane River and the city cats flying past while also meeting other mums alike.
Outdoor classes are weather permitted, so in the case of rain or hot days, the class will be cancelled and there will be a catch up class.

Hello KangaMamas!
My name is Alejandra (Ally) and Im overly excited you have found KangaTraining and looking to join us a for a fun and safe workout for you and Bubs. I was born in Latin America, were dance has been a huge part of my life and being an Instructor fuels me with overjoy that I can dance and workout with my baby.
You can begin KangaTraining as early as 6 weeks postpartum if you’ve a vaginal delivery, but need to be at least 12 weeks postpartum if you had a C-section.
There’s no age limit for babies, as long as the kangamum can wear their baby safely and comfortably in a suitable carrier. older siblings more than welcome.
