Come join our indoor Kangatraining class on Wednesdays 9.15am! During a Kangatraining class, we do a warm up with babies in arms, floorwork with focus on core and pelvic floor muscles, babies then go into carriers and we workout and have a boogie, including squats, lunges, arms, barre, leg repeaters, stretches and pelvic floor exercises. You’re welcome to stick around for a chat or usually we continue the conversation at a local cafe! Come trial at any time for only $10!
*Please note you must be at least 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section before starting Kanga classes.

Dunsborough Fridays 9.30am (7th Feb – 11th April 2025)
Come join our outdoor KangaMix class in Dunsborough every Friday morning 9.30am! KangaMix is our outdoor class where you can have baby in a carrier and/or pram. We walk various local trails, stopping at intervals to do squats, lunges, arm, barre and leg repeater tracks, finishing with stretches and pelvic floor exercises. We usually have a picnic or coffee after class too! Meet us on the grass in front of the public toilet block. You can come trial at any time for only $10!

Hi, I'm Bianca!
Kangatraining is a low impact, low intensity, postnatal workout with your baby. No need to get a babysitter, because you can exercise while bub is comfortable and close to you in a baby carrier. If you don’t have your own carrier, I have free hire carriers available to you.
We focus on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy and birth, through a fun & energetic class. It involves aerobic dance tracks to get our heart rate up and get some cardio in! Plus strength training with squats, arms, lunges, barre and leg repeaters! We also pay special attention to our pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture.
KangaMix is an outdoor variation of our original Kangatraining classes. Work out with your little one/s in the carrier and/or pram. We walk various trails in our local area, stopping along the way for squats, lunges, arms, barre and leg repeaters, finishing with stretches and pelvic floor exercises.
There is no age limit for babies as long as every mother participating in Kangatraining can wear their baby safely and comfortably. Older siblings are welcome to come along too.
You can begin Kangatraining from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post c-section, and all participants must have been given the all clear from a health professional.
