About Me

Hi, I'm Bianca!

Hi and welcome to Kanga! You and bub are going to love it!

This is my family’s 7th year in Moranbah and I am really excited to be bringing a postnatal specific class to our town! We are a low-impact, recovery based exercise class where your baby is a part of the program. Our classes are relaxed and welcome everyone: breastfeeding, bottle feeding, crying babies, siblings and tired mums are all welcome in our class. You will find support from others who understand that sometimes it is an achievement just getting out of the house!

We now have 2 different types of class on offer:

  • Kangatraining – the original postnatal workout for mums, while wearing your baby in a carrier (all year round!)
  • Kanga on Wheel – a pram-friendly workout for postnatal mums, combining walking with strength tracks to music (Winter and Autumn only)

** PreKanga for pregnant mums is coming in 2025 + KangaOnline too! Keep an eye on our page for details. **

We offer casual classes as well as 5 and 10 class packs which you can use for any of our classes throughout the week.

You can start attending our classes as early as 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section. You however, must have the all clear from a health professional!

Please follow us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/kangamoranbah or Instagram @kangamoranbah.

We can’t wait to Kanga with you!
