About Me

Hi, I'm Di Barrett!

My name is Di and I am a Mum to 2 little girls. I have been running Kangatraining classes for 5 years and I am committed to supporting you through your motherhood journey by helping maintain your physical and mental health.

I am passionate about women’s health and providing a welcoming and supportive environment for mums and their babies, where everyone can come to experience the benefits of getting moving (in a way that is safe for your body as it recovers from pregnancy and birth), being social and having fun while you are at it!

Kangatraining offers all this and more, with the opportunity to come and move to some music while wearing your baby or toddler (or even having your older child dancing with you!!). We finish our classes with chat time and it is a great opportunity to get to know other mums in your area!

All fitness levels are welcome at Kangatraining – whether you’ve never done a day of exercise in your life or whether you’ve always been quite active and you’re looking for a class that can accomodate your baby.

Kangatraining is run by Mums for Mums, so we totally get where you’re coming from! Come along and know that Kanga is a relaxed space for all!
