Kununurra Neighbourhood House
A fun postnatal babywearing exercise class, with your baby having a nap in a carrier – or not! Kangatraining is a complete low intensity, low impact workout for fitness and strength.
These classes are hybrid – kangas attend in-person and online.
Thursdays and Saturdays, 9-10:30am WST

Our seasonal outdoor class. KangaMix is a low intensity, low impact workout for fitness and strength, without choreography, outside with your baby in a carrier or a pram. Locations and times may vary and will be confirmed when you book.

Hi, I'm Kato!
I live on beautiful Miriwoong country in the north of Western Australia. My Joey Morrison is now well outgrown the carrier, and kanga is still a huge part of my life.
In addition to being awarded Australian Kangatrainer of the Year in 2020, I am a physiotherapist with additional qualifications in fitness, babywearing, breastfeeding, parenting, continence and women’s health. I would be delighted to share your parenting journey with you, and add the fun, family, friendship and fitness of kanga.
