10 week Kangatraining and Connection
This very special indoor program is designed for mums who want fitness, friendship and real conversation in a smaller, more intimate setting, without the more formal structure of our signature Keeping Mum mothers group.
Each week begins with a Kangatraining class where, upon arrival, babies are expertly fitted into the trusty carrier for maximum comfort. Once everyone has been individually checked, we rebuild strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond through cardio and strengthening exercises like pop/latin dancing, squats, arms barre, pelvic floor (and more!).
After our class, we come together on our beautiful purple mats and sage green cushions in a judgment-free space where thoughtfully designed conversation starters spark authentic discussions. By asking the right questions, mums open up, share stories and build genuine friendships.
Whether you’re new or already part of the Keeping Mum community, this program offers a refreshing way to move and connect — because motherhood is way more fun when we do it together. And an epic playlist helps too.
Note: Unlike our traditional KM mothers group which include special guests and play-based sessions, this program focuses purely on conversation-led connection. Complimentary carrier hire is available — just email us to reserve one.
For further info, please refer to the FAQs on the Keeping Mum website.

10 week KangaTrail and Connection
This outdoor program is designed for mums who want friendship, fresh air, fitness and real conversation, without the more formal structure of our signature Keeping Mum mothers group.
Each week begins with a 1 hour babywearing hike, where we build endurance and strength the Kanga way — walking/chatting interspersed with exercise intervals that are set to fun music and guaranteed to raise the heart rate.
After our trail, we come together at Whites Hill Café where thoughtfully designed conversation starters spark authentic discussions. A judgment-free space and the right questions help mums open up, share stories and build genuine friendships.
Whether you’re new or already part of the KM community, this program offers a refreshing way to move and connect — because motherhood is better when we walk (and talk) together.
Rainy weather? Not a problem, we will still go ahead with an undercover Kanga class followed by our connection program.
Note: Unlike our traditional KM mothers group which include special guests and play-based sessions, this program focuses purely on conversation-led connection. You must be 6 weeks post vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post c-section to participate. Babies must be worn in an approved carrier for the duration of the trail. Complimentary carrier hire is available — just email us to reserve one.
For further info, please refer to the FAQs on the Keeping Mum website.

10 week Kangatraining and Keeping Mum Mothers Group
This indoor combo program includes a babywearing exercise class and our signature Keeping Mum mothers group.
The first half focuses on expertly fitting babies into the trusty carrier for maximum comfort, then rebuilding strength of the muscles affected by pregnancy, birth and beyond. This is achieved by combining cardio and strengthening exercises like floor work, pop/latin dancing, squats, arms barre, pelvic floor (and more!).
The second half supports forming connections with your fellow Kanga mums through your one-of-a-kind Keeping Mum mothers group. Depending on the week, it might involve a facilitated discussion, music class, play-based activity or a special guest. And this term, we have a very special mum and mini photoshoot included too! The best part is you’ll get to see the same familiar faces each week to help find your coterie, built on connection through the Keeping Mum community.
Note: Complimentary carrier hire is available — just email us to reserve one.
For further info, please refer to the FAQs on the Keeping Mum website.

Hi, We're Kristelle and Jen!
Hello there Super Mum 🙂
We are ridiculously excited to meet you in the not-too-distant future! But, who exactly are we, I hear you ask?
Our names are Kristelle and Jen. We are 2 ordinary mums, but we have 1 extraordinary purpose.
To foster the emotional health of women during the transformative, tiring and (quite often) thankless period of matrescence.
We have 6 little kids between us and are well aware of the difficulties that arise in finding activities that are inclusive and enjoyable for both mum and her offspring and from this our business, Keeping Mum, was born!
Keeping Mum (KM) provides a unique opportunity for mothers juggling more than one tiny human to connect with others and build lifelong friendships.
To us, this is not a tribe, nor a squad, nor a village, but it is your KM coterie.
Whether it’s through Kangatraining babywearing exercise classes or our mothers groups, there is something for mums, babies and toddlers alike.

We can’t wait to see you and your little one/s soon!
