Hi, I'm Kristy!
My name is Kristy and with the help of my son, Bailey, I am the Kangatrainer in Strathalbyn and Victor Harbour.
Currently, I am on maternity leave. I am hoping to start up again in September 2023 once my new bubs arrives and I am ready to safely return.
Kangatraining is a postnatal workout designed to rebuild our bodies after pregnancy and child birth.
I fell in love with Kangatraining so fast that when I had to move house, I completed my training to start classes up in my new area; Strathalbyn!
You can begin Kangatraining as soon as you are 6 weeks postpartum if you had a vaginal delivery. Or you can begin from 12 weeks postpartum if you had a c-section – once you have clearance from your medical professional.
Kangatraining is the ultimate babywearing experience. There is no maximum age for the babies, as long as you can wear them safely and comfortably. You are also welcome to bring older siblings along!
First class is only $10!
A variety of passes are also available.
Kangatraining is Australia’s favourite postnatal fitness class.
