About Me

Hi, I'm Mel!

Hi I’m Mel, and I’m a mum of 3… my stepson Lewis who’s 10, my son Jasper who’s 4 and my daughter Millie who’s 5 months.

I love bringing local mamas and babes together for a fun workout, building friendships and a supportive community through Kanga.

Kangatraining is specifically designed for postnatal women – it is the ultimate babywearing workout for mums and bubs.

We focus on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy and birth, through a fun & energetic class.

You can begin Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a vaginal delivery but need to be at least 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section – you must also have been given the all clear verbally from your healthcare professional.

There is no age limit for babies as long as every mother participating in Kangatraining can wear their baby safely and comfortably. Older siblings are welcome to come along too.

Bookings are essential. Kangatraining Seaford classes run on Friday mornings at 10am in accordance with the South Australian school terms. We will potentially be adding Monday and Thursday mornings and running school holiday sessions too so keep an eye out on our Facebook group page for all updates and information – Kangatraining Seaford Mamas

You can trial and join anytime. I have a special launch offer of 3 classes for $30, followed by purchases of class passes: $20 for casual classes, $80 for x5 classes or $150 for x10 classes – the more classes you purchase the more you’ll save!

Once you’ve registered for class, I will be in touch via SMS text message with further details for class including an online health questionnaire which will need to be completed prior to your first class. Please reach out if you have any questions or if you do not hear from me within 48hrs of registration.
