During our one-hour sessions, we focus on strengthening your core and pelvic floor, incorporate gentle aerobics and Latin-inspired movements, and finish with relaxing stretches to leave you feeling fantastic. Beyond fitness, it’s an opportunity to bond with your baby, connect with other mums, and enjoy some well-deserved “you” time in a warm and supportive environment.

Hi, I'm Neta Cohen
My name is Neta Cohen, and I am a certified personal trainer with Certificates III and IV in Fitness. I specialise in postnatal health and run my own Kangatraining Mums and Bubs group exercise classes.
My Kangatraining journey began 5 years ago as a KangaMum, attending classes with my two boys and later with my little girl. I quickly realised how much I loved Kangatraining and how beneficial it was for my physical recovery, emotional well-being, and overall journey as a mum. It inspired me to take the next step and become a Kangatraining instructor. Now, I not only share this amazing program with other mums but also have the joy of bringing my little girl to work with me.
Kangatraining is a unique babywearing workout designed for postnatal women. Developed with women’s health physiotherapists, midwives, and babywearing consultants, it focuses on safely rebuilding the body in a low-impact, supportive environment while promoting bonding with your baby. Kangatraining is more than just fitness—it’s a community where mums connect, support one another, and build lasting friendships.
As a mum who has experienced postpartum challenges, I’m passionate about sharing the life-changing benefits of Kangatraining and supporting other mums in our community.
