Hi, I'm Rachel!
Hi there! My name is Rachel and I would love to Kanga with you!
I am a Mum of 2 gorgeous boys, and alongside managing and teaching at GymbaROO Canberra, I enjoy running and look forward to my next Marathon event!
Kangatraining is specifically designed for postnatal women – it is the ultimate babywearing workout for mums and bubs. We focus on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy and birth, through a fun & energetic class.
You can begin Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a vaginal delivery but need to be at least 12 weeks postpartum if you’ve had a c-section – you must also have been given the all clear from your health professional. There is no age limit for babies as long as every mother participating in Kangatraining can wear their baby safely and comfortably. Older siblings are welcome to come along too.

Bookings are essential – classes run in Coombs on Thursday afternoons for 8 weeks each school term.
Once you have registered for a class, I will be in touch via email and sms text message with further information. I offer your first class free, then you can attend casually for $25, or purchase a 3 class pass for $66 or a 10 class pass for $200 (payment plans available).
Note I work alongside Kirstie from Kangatraining Canberra Airport District, Queanbeyan, Kingston and Narrabundah – this means your passes are also valid at her classes!
