Class Type

3 class Trial Pass

Our 3 class Trial Pass gives you the opportunity to experience the magic of Kangatraining over 3 classes. It will give you the ability to get to know the other Mums and settle into the class before deciding if Kanga is the right class for you. You can choose to attend any 3 classes you like during the term and can start Kangatraining from 6 weeks postpartum, or 12 weeks post caesarian.

KangaMix Happy Valley- Casual Class

Come and have some fun at our outdoor KangaMix class at Happy Valley Reservoir. Wednesdays at 10am every week, weather dependant. If you're unable to commit to a term, then a casual class is a great alternative to still get your Kanga fix at a date that suits you best.

Kangatraining Holdfast Bay - Casual Class

Come and have some fun at our Kangatraining class at the Holdfast Bay Community Centre. If you're unable to commit to a term, then a casual class is a great alternative to still get your Kanga fix at a date that suits you best.

Kangatraining and Keeping Mum Double Program Term 1 (8 weeks)

A combination of our Kangatraining class and our Keeping Mum Mother's Group. Start with a great full body workout, followed up with our Mother's group where you can expect a complimentary morning tea, activities for your baby and a chance to create lasting connections with other Mums.

The term option is the perfect way to carve out some consistent time for yourself every week all while building connections with the other Mums in the class. The term pass also includes free attendance to all KangaMix classes as well.

Hi, I'm Sara!

Hi! I’m Sara, I’m a mum to a bunch of cheeky little ones and the Kangatrainer for the Noarlunga, Marion and Surrounding areas.

My biggest kiddo and I have been attending Kangatraining since he was only a few months old. From my very first class I was blown away by the supportive and welcoming atmosphere of Kanga. It was full of regular every day mums with regular every day stories and they invited me in like we had been friends for years. I found a village of strong women who were always there for each other and each class was like sharing a dance party with my girlfriends.

That was the moment I fell in love with Kanga. I couldn’t wait to become a trainer and share this program with so many other mums all while spending time with my own babies too.

So come along, dance, chat, let your hair down all while snuggling your little one!
