Hi, I’m Thuy!
I’m a Midwife and busy mum of two, and I’ve been running Kangatraining classes in our local area since 2018.
Kangatraining has been part of our lives since my first baby was about four months old, and now I get to do it all over again with my second. I love that it allows me to stay fit, feel strong and healthy, and be with my babies at the same time.
As a Kangatrainer, I love getting to know all the mums who come to my classes, watching their babies grow, and seeing the incredible support networks that form through Kangatraining.
Becoming a parent brings a mix of emotions — excitement, joy, pride, but also fear, worry, and uncertainty. Add baby number two into the mix, and it’s a whole new challenge! Life becomes an all-consuming juggling act as you navigate the newborn phase again while caring for two little humans.
I know the thought of joining a new exercise class can feel overwhelming — heck, even just leaving the house with a newborn can be daunting! But you’re not alone. Kangatraining is so much more than a workout — it’s a community of mums who get it, and I promise, it’s all worth it.
